Website submissions do not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of work. Services begin only after Rocket City Property Solutions and the customer agree to a written scope, price, schedule, and any required deposit or authorization.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property, access, material, ownership, and project information. Final pricing may change when site conditions, quantities, materials, access, disposal requirements, permits, utilities, hazards, or requested scope differ from the information provided.
Prohibited Materials and Work
Rocket City may decline hazardous, illegal, regulated, unsafe, overweight, overfilled, concealed, or otherwise unsuitable materials or work. Permit, engineering, utility-disconnection, hazardous-material, structural, excavation, grading, tree, stump, and specialty work is excluded unless specifically included in writing.
